E-commerce:
We offer products/services for sale on this site using the automagical services of Squarespace and Shopify to build online stores. To avoid learning your credit
card information, we’ve partnered with oh-so-wonderful Stripe and Paypal to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or
store your credit card information. They share your name, email address, and shipping address, when you purchase through them, so that we can fulfill the orders. If you are dissatisfied
with your purchase, please get in contact via the contact form right away and we will work with you to ensure your happiness! Or, you can send an email to hello@annamieka.com and someone on my team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment terms:
Payment is required as agreed upon in the terms of the contract. Commissions and custom work require 50% of the fee up front to begin work on the order. Payment in full is required before the artwork will be shipped or high-resolution digital files released.
Comments:
This site and associated online courses allow users to leave comments on specific pages. Comments are moderated and will be deleted if determined unhelpful or off-topic or otherwise unsavory for the site.
Intellectual Property:
This site contains intellectual property owned by
Annamieka Hopps Davidson, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. However, we want you to share our content.
I would love it if you share my articles and artwork online. Please credit me by name and link back to the original article and/or piece of artwork. Please link to my website in general when it’s not possible to link to the specific piece of art or writing that you are sharing. Thank you for sharing!
It is NOT okay to modify my content. Please don’t put filters on my artwork, crop, or alter my art or writing in any way. It is NOT okay to use my artwork or writing or teaching to create a product of any kind that is for sale or promotion without an explicitly stated agreement and signed contract with me.
