📢 **Terms and Conditions:**

By scheduling a painted portrait session, submitting photos for a custom painted portrait, or purchasing a gift certificate, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Scheduling Sessions:

    • Portrait sessions are subject to availability. We will work together to find a suitable date and time for your session in-person or virtually.

  2. Likeness:

    • The artist will make reasonable efforts to capture likeness, but exuberant artistic interpretation will definitely happen.

    • If for any reason you do not love the portrait I will paint you another one or you may have a full refund.

  3. Custom Portraits from Photos:

    • Photos provided for custom portraits must show the face clearly from more than one angle - Submit up to ten photos so i can get a sense of the person (or animal).

  4. Gift Certificates:

    • Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for six months.

    • To redeem a gift certificate, scheduling is subject to availability, so please encourage them to get on my schedule right away.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours notice.

    • Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the price of the appointment.

  6. Final Artwork:

    • The paintings are 9” x 12” on cotton rag paper unless otherwise specified

    • The paintings are made with professional-grade acrylic paints on archival surfaces such as 100% cotton rag paper and stretched cotton canvas.

    • The artist retains full copyrights to the final artwork & reproductions of the artwork, including but not limited to prints, products, promotion and publication.

  7. Payment:

    • Full payment for portrait sessions and custom portraits is due on the day of the session or before the delivery of the final artwork.

By proceeding with the scheduling, photo submission, or purchase of a gift certificate, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
