Hundred Day Painting Project
Yay! I started a one hundred day painting project on January 1st. My goal is to finish one painting a day until April 10th! My work involves many layers, so on the days when I have more time, I can prep surfaces and layer on color, cut out collage elements, plan my paintings for the busier days ahead and get things built up on each painting. I also have older work that just begs for one or two more decisive painting sessions to bring it to completion. The skill I want to build is finishing things - so that is what this 100 day project is challenging me to do. Finish one hundred paintings in one hundred days.
