Do you trust yourself to follow through?

"I’m worried that I won’t follow through."

Some artists experience a lack of self-trust when it comes to committing to a new idea. They may be remembering past times when they embarked on a new program feeling fired up and committed, only to fail to complete the program or course. This happens to artists considering my mentoring program. The good news is that Visual Artist Accelerator makes it really hard for you to bail out of your end. There are three pillars to my program: education, implementation, and support. In the implementation and support areas in particular, you are held and nudged. You receive individualized support and we work together to ensure that you are implementing the program by creating your body of work and getting it out into the world. You can’t fail this program, because it adapts to you! Doubt is something that we will talk about a lot in VAA, and you’ll learn that it’s not a sign to back off—it’s a normal part of the creative cycle! I have a ton of tips and tools to help you get more comfortable with periods of self doubt.

Every week, I meet on Zoom with artists like you, who are considering joining my 90-day mentoring program, Visual Artist Accelerator. I love getting to know you, whether you end up signing up for my program or not! These calls are a great way for me to learn about the artist and the challenges they’re facing and to provide them a mini experience of my mentoring style—just like getting a free slice of cheese at the deli, it helps to get a taste before you buy! You can book your own brief meeting with me.

Do you trust yourself to follow through? Does doubt rear its head when you embark on a new idea? Is this why you hesitate? I’d love to help you, let me know!
